GoneTip: Viewing Browser history in Chrome for Android

The one major downfall to the Chrome for Android browser is the lack of a "history" button. If you think about it, what is the point of Incognito Browsing without a history to hide from? I understand that Chrome for Android is still in beta, and I hope they fix this before it goes out of beta. For now though, I have a quick trick that will allow you to view your browser history.

It is really quite simple after you look at it. After you open your Chrome browser, type in chrome://history/ into the address bar, and your history will pop right up. If you find it necessary you could bookmark it, that way it wouldn't be so hard to find next time you need it.

  1. So the history interface does exist already. Thanks for the great tip explaining how to access it.

Still it is a mystery for me why there is no built-in button or menu to easily get to the browser history.
